Lover’s Knot Scarf – Crochetreasures
This gorgeous scarf is such a cool holiday accessory! I know at least two people who would LOVE to wear this, if only it would get cold enough down here in Florida!
Crochet Heart Garland – Stitching Together
This beautiful crocheted garland will be a cherished seasonal decoration for Valentine’s day. I would also gift this at a baby shower as a nursery decoration. It could be cute in so many different colors!
Sachets and Trinkets – Pattern Paradise
One of my favorite Valentine’s Day gifts EVER was a sachet of German lavender from my childhood friend, Izzy. It’s still in my bedroom in my parents’ place! Whether you fill these pretty heart shaped sachets with a scent or just the love that goes into every stitch (or polyfil!) I’m sure it will be a treasured gift.
Chunky Cabled Heart Hat – Salty Pearl Crochet
Of course I can’t leave out my own pattern! I have just taken some new snowy photos of my daughter in her favorite hat. Aren’t these cabled hearts just PERFECT for Valentine’s Day? The Toddler size is free on my blog (and it’s got some generous stretch to fit a child size head!) and the fully sized pattern is available in a convenient, ad-free printable PDF on Ravelry for purchase.

I keep finding myself at Maria’s Blue Crayon for awesome boy patterns, and this adorable TMNT Crochet heart does not disappoint! I know my son would LOVE for me to make 20 of these for his class. They’re just so cute!
Dainty Heart Valentine Earrings – Crochet Memories
The pearls really make these earrings pop! I love the look of crochet jewelry, but this one may be my new favorite. I can think of a few teachers who would love a thoughtful gift of some heart earrings!

This is such a cute project! What a sweet and practical Valentine’s day gift this is. My daughter loves to collect little trinkets in zipper pouches- and I’m sure she would love a handmade one to store her treasures (and some chocolates! She takes after me that way…)
Conversation Hearts Dog Collar – Posh Pooch Designs
This gorgeous dog collar is such a sweet idea! I think it could also be a sweet little bracelet or headband for a non-furry critter as well! It could even make a nice bookmark for an avid reader.
Heart Nesting Baskets – Blackstone Designs
These baskets are such a sweet idea! They would be a lovely addition to a spa bath set for storing essentials on your counter. I’m sure a little one would love to play with and stack these soft baskets, as well, and they’d make such a cute addition to any Valentine basket.
Crochet Heart Pattern – Crochet 365 Knit Too
Last but not least, this lovely crochet heart pattern would be such a cute addition to a gift basket! Sometimes, I like to crochet little motifs like this just for the pleasure of the stitching. You can use them as appliques, attach them to a simple chained garland, or any number of other uses.
