Beautiful, lacy crochet stitches are my favorite part of crochet! Working up the fun combinations of stitches to create texture and interest is so much fun.
This free crochet shawl is featured in the 2023 (Inter)National Crochet Month Blog Hop, hosted by Marie at Underground Crafter.

So many of you have asked me for a rectangular version of my most popular shawl, the Mermaid Tears Shawl, that I had to make one!
This lovely crochet lace stitch is made of shells and airy V stitches. There are 4 row repeats, but once you get through those the shawl works up really easily- perfect for crocheting with an audiobook or tv show on in the background.
