Christmas In July CAL 2018

Every year, I scramble through the fall months, wishing I’d planned out my crochet gifts out better. I’m sure you can relate right? There’s SO much time left until Christmas… until there’s not enough time left!

So, this year, I decided to team up with a group of other Crochet Designers for a Christmas CAL!

How the 2018 Christmas in July CAL Works

Pia from Stitches n Scraps and Marie from Underground Crafter have rounded up 14 crochet designer buddies (including yours, truly!) for this fun event.

We will each create a new, FREE crochet pattern for Christmas, four days a week, for four different weekly themes. If you’re keeping track, that’s sixteen new free crochet patterns!

You can get a massive head start on gifting if you complete some of these new Crochet Christmas Gift Ideas!

The Weekly Themes Include:

Week 1 (July 2-6): Babies, Kids, and Teens
Week 2 (July 9-13): Home Decor
Week 3 (July 16-20): Crochet Gifts for Women
Week 4 (July 23-27): Crochet Gifts for Men
Week 5 (July 30-31): An EPIC End-of-CAL giveaway, and collections of all the patterns for you to catch up and plan out additional gifts!

For the first four weeks of July, you can find a new pattern Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, Pia at Stitches n Scraps and Marie at Underground Crafter will post some fun crochet patterns that relate to the week’s themes, and you can learn more about great end-of-CAL giveaway prizes from Page Street Publishing, Global Backyard Industries, LoveCrafts, and Akerworks.
