Hello friends! It’s my pleasure today to introduce you to my friend, Courtney, a crochet pattern designer at Creations by Courtney. She’s even agreed to host a giveaway for one of her favorite premium patterns- the Draped in Diamonds Crochet Pattern. I’m so excited!
Update Feb. 2, 2018- the giveaway is over. The grand prize of yarn goes to Kell B., and our PDF Pattern winners are: Vicky F., Clare L., Debbie L., Maddie N., and Harrietta W. Thanks so much to everyone who entered! This was so successful, and I hope to do more giveaways in the future for you all. Be sure to hop on my newsletter email list so you can get a heads up to enter the next one!
Here’s a photo of Courtney wearing her gorgeous Las Olas Hat (free pattern!)
Courtney is a psychologist by day, and a crochet designer by night. She’s also a wife and mom to some super adorable kiddos including a set of twins. (I’m told that job is 25/8!)
You’ll love her crochet style. (Click the links to get a sample of my favorite patterns by Courtney!) She’s a fan of chunky yarn, combining style with practicality, and touches of the carefree, gypsy style that works so well down here in Florida.
Recently, I asked Courtney if I could feature one of her gorgeous crochet vest patterns in one of my Pattern Collections, she not only agreed, but generously offered to host a giveaway of this premium crochet pattern AND yarn for you all. (Seriously, can you guys see why I love her?)
This vest is made with Red Heart Boutique Midnight yarn, which combines lush texture with gorgeous, rich color and a metallic thread. I love that this yarn has just the right amount of shine without being too “blingy.” You’ll need four balls to complete most sizes.
Can’t wait for the giveaway to end to start making your vest? You can purchase the pattern on Ravelry right now. Be sure to give Courtney some love by adding the Draped in Diamonds Vest to your Ravelry Favorites, and take advantage of the sale she’s running on this amazing pattern!

You will be able to find the full terms and conditions inside the Rafflecopter widget, but the long and short is that while this giveaway is open to everyone, we will unfortunately not be able to ship the yarn internationally due to shipping costs and customs requirements. If the winner happens to be from overseas, Katie will treat you to a virtual coffee by sending you $10 USD through Paypal, and you’ll still receive the PDF copy of the pattern.
Thank you so much for entering! Please feel free to share with your friends on Facebook or even Pin on Pinterest.
